Why isn't my dishwasher tablet being dissolved?

Your dishwasher tablet may not be dissolving for a number of reasons. Firstly, make sure to place your dishwasher tablet in the correct place. Short programme times and low temperature washes may not allow the tablet to dissolve fully; meaning some remnants of the tablet will remain. It may also be due to the size of your selected dishwasher tablet. Depending on the tablet properties and the water hardness of the area you live in, the dissolving of the tablet in water may take longer than the average short programme, which is why your tablet might not dissolve completely.
